I kindly request payment by bank transfer 24 hours in advance to secure the session. Contact me to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
All sessions last 50 minutes.
In person sessions
I am based at the Therapy and Life Centre in Coulsdon, and offer sessions by appointment only.

Please note there's no proper waiting room at the centre.
The nearest car park is on Lion Green Road, and there are parking bays along the High Street too. All parking in Coulsdon uses the Ringo app.
The Centre is also easily accessible by public transport. Buses 60, 166, 405, 434 and 463 stop within 2 minutes walk (Stop Coulsdon Library). Train stations Coulsdon South and Coulsdon Town are less than a 10 minutes walk away.

Online sessions
I use Zoom for my online sessions. If this is not suitable for you please contact me so we can find an alternative. Please make sure you are somewhere comfortable and private for our session, where you won't be disturbed and will feel happy and comfortable talking.

Zoom links are sent out by email a few days before the session. If there are any technical issues during a session we can continue the session by phone if you are happy to do so.
